After completing her studies, Carole started her corporate journey with renowned multinational firms like PwC and Munich Re. While her corporate job provided stability and financial security, Carole's heart yearned for something more.
It was during a visit to Beirut that Carole tried the mochi ice creams for the first time ever at a Japanese restaurant, and instantly fell in love with everything about it, that’s when Carole's entrepreneurial spirit was ignited. She decided to launch her very own mochi ice cream cafe in the city, that would be the UAE’s first and little did she know that it would one day be the best Japanese confectionary brand in UAE.
The decision to quit her job and pursue her dreams was not an easy one for Carole. Despite the uncertainty and fear of stepping out of her comfort zone, Carole knew deep down that she couldn't ignore her passion any longer. And so, with her strong determination towards her goal, she made the bold decision to leave behind the corporate world and pursue her dream.
